    Hello,

I have a WP Pro license installed on a client’s site at https://ghhs.org

I received an email today from WordPress stating:

“First, visit your website (https://ghhs.org/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://ghhs.org/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1632944664.4164888858795166015625) and check for any visible issues.”

The front end of my site seems fine, and it appears that form submission are successfully working. I do not notice anything inherently wrong on my site besides this Fatal Error appearing in my server logs:

[29-Sep-2021 20:48:29 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'WPForms_License' not found in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms/pro/wpforms-pro.php:106

  • Hi @21adsmedia,

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. When you get the chance, could you submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!

i have the same issue. I am using an (all updated) WPForms paid “Basic” version. Since the latest WP update, I am getting a daily reminder that my site contains a technical error caused by WPForms. Already tried deinstalling the pluglin and reinstalling, no avail.

details below. any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

    thanks

ps . the WPFORMS account dashboard link you provided to @21adsmedia links to a 404 page.

    Hallo!

    I did find a solution.

I submitted a ticket directly to the WP Forms support through my account dashboard. They provided me with a newer version of wp-forms-pro.php to place in the plugin folder on my server. The new file has a patch in it that makes the error disappear.

If you are using the paid version of WPForms, submit a support request, and they should provide the same file to you.

    Hope this helps!

excellent, thanks so much @21adsmedia – i have contacted them and they told me that just today, v 1.7 was released that fixes the issue – will update and try if that fixes my bug.

    thanks so much!
