    Hi @frost_entangle

    Thanks for using PublishPress Planner.

Can you inform me what PHP version and the PublishPress Planner version are you using?

Latest version of the plugin and PHP version 7.4

Does this error still showing up? Or it just showing up on the server log when updating the plugin?

    Thread Starter ltarranza

    (@frost_entangle)

It was emailed automatically as fatal error notice after updating the plugin.

Can you use the plugin normally now?

Are you able to provide solutions or just ask questions?

@frost_entangle I am currently investigating the possible cause of the issue by asking questions.

Unlike the professional version, where we can access our user site and troubleshoot directly, in the free version, we need to determine the actual problem since it is not easily reproducible.

If you are not comfortable with me asking questions, I’m unsure what can be done in this case. ??

So, once again, I ask: does the plugin work normally and the error only occurred once during the update? Or is the plugin also experiencing issues?

Additionally, do you use any unusual setups, such as using composer installation?

You could have asked all of those questions in the first place and not waste more than 2 days of back and forth.

I don’t see any errors on the console log while on the planner page, able to schedule posts/pages as well. I’m just concerned about the fatal error, might be something we have not explored or experienced yet.

    Hi @frost_entangle

This isn’t something we’ve had reported before either. If this does interrupt the plugin’s features, or if it does happen again, please let us know.
