Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_print_notices()

as we are not able to recreate this issue, so can you please add this code.
replace line no. 2 with the following code in templates/shortcode/vendor_registration.php

<div class="notice-wrapper">
<?php echo wc_print_notices(); ?>
</div>

@tomsychau, in order to fix this error on your site, override vendor_registration.php in your current active child theme and add the code at line number 2 :

if ( function_exists( 'wc_print_notices ' ) ) {
echo wc_print_notices();
}

Do I need to add additional codes on my child theme (function.php) in order to override?

The link provided has no instructions but only codes of the original vednor_registration.php
