    After completing an upgrade to Version 3.6.15 today to, a client called me to report the following error:

    Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active()

    February 2, 2017 10:41 am Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/memphis-documents-library/includes/mdocs-settings.php Line 167
