    Hello, my site is getting very slow even got Gateway Timeout and consuming too much memory usage. I received the following error warning from the Hosting provider

    Hey there!

    The error you are seeing is from the theme you are using. It contains custom templates for the thank you pages, and one of those is causing this error.

    I would recommend reaching out to the developers of the theme to ask them to update the theme to fix this issue.

    Unfortunately I have the same problem on my website. Perhaps you can tell me, how did you fixed your problem?

    I have a WordPress site where we use WooCommerce and Salient. When our customers reach the last point of checkout, a critical error occurs.

    I have tried various troubleshooting, as well as support from WooCommerce and our payment provider. Both say that it must be a mistake in our theme, and therefore I now seek help from you.

    The critical error says:
