    Additionnal informations :
    WordPress version 5.5.3
    Thème actuel : storefront-child (version 1.0)
Extension actuelle : Tutor LMS (version 1.7.6)
    PHP version 7.4.8

Everything seems ok on my site, but the problem is in the admin. I have no longer access to some pages (home and formations), theses pages which in is integrated a Tutor Lms Shortcode. When i try to access these pages there is just a message of critical error.

Some days ago the access to these pages was ok so maybe the problem appears just after the last update of the extension Tutor Lms ?

    Can you help me ?

    Thanks

  • Hi,

I am sorry to inform you that we could not reproduce the issue. with latest version of Tutor LMS, WordPress and the Storefront theme. I can see that you have a child theme?

Do you have any kind of template override or custom code in the theme? You can do a plugin and theme conflict check by deactivating all the plugins except Tutor LMS and using a default theme as Twenty Twenty One.

If this does not help or you still face the problem, please send an email to support at themeum dot com.
