• Currently using WP5.9 and WP Activity Log 4.3.4, and I received an error when activating WP Activity Log as below:

    Hello @weijin

    Thank you for your message and for using our plugin.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. You are encountering this error because before upgrading to version 4.4 you need to upgrade to version 4.3.6.

    So to fix the issue please:

    1) Uninstall the current installation
    2) Download and install version 4.3.6
    3) Once that is successful, upgrade to 4.4.

    Can you please confirm that the above fixes the issue?

    I am sorry to read that the issue persists @weijin

    We are currently talking with Freemius, the developers of the SDK that is causing the problem to try and find a solution. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
