    Hmmm… Could you verify the function dual_tracking_is_enabled() in the includes/class-caos.php file?

    I’ve verified the file and actually that function [dual_tracking_is_enabled()] does not exist. What should I do?

    Hmmm. That’s weird, because it is present in the release.

    Could you try installing the update manually using this package (direct link to the update on the www.remarpro.com repository)?
