Uncanny Toolkit stopped working

  • Hi, there
    the plugin doesn’t work anymore.
    when I turn on the options like “Front End Login” and click on the Setting button nothing happens.
    it used to open a window but not it doesn’t do anything.
    same for all the other options.
    I have LearnDash and MemberPress installed as well.

    Hi @samanehba7 , it sounds like a javascript conflict. Can you check the browser console (right-click the page, choose Inspect, look for the Javascript Console tab) and see if any errors are output? If they are, that should yield clues about what’s causing the problem.

    It would also be useful to clone to a Staging site, disable ALL other plugins and switch the theme to a default theme temporarily. Then, see if things work as expected again. If they do, at least we know it’s a conflict, and you can gradually reactivate plugins to try to trace what’s causing it.
