Unblock Users accessing banned URLs

    Hi team,

    How can I unblock users that access banned URLs?? I can’t find them under Wordfence -> Blocking

    But I do see them under Wordfence -> Tools (but from there I can’t unblock them rather than block IP, Whois etc…)

    Please advice.

    Hi @kasimrixa, thanks for getting in touch.

    If successfully blocked IPs in Live Traffic have the reason “Accessed a banned URL” due to hitting a URL set in “Immediately block IPs that access these URLs”, they will be unblocked automatically after the time set in Wordfence > All Options >Rate Limiting > How long is an IP address blocked when it breaks a rule has elapsed.

    It’s only if you catch an IP during this time period that they can be manually unblocked from the Wordfence > Blocking page, otherwise it’s not needed.
