    Can we not unblock people’s IPs from AP Admin? When I looked up online your instructions show how to go into the database and delete the record from the table! Why can we not do this from the dashboard? The website administrators do not have access to the database nor should they, and so we developers are being asked to do it which is not right.

  • I, too, am running into this issue. The user is locked out but “No active lockouts” appears in the admin. Accessing the DB to remove the lock is inconvenient and certainly not something all users have access to.
