Greetings and thanks for the plugin. Quick question that may be dumb. I see that one of my users accidentally used a login name that doesn’t exist and now their IP is blocked because I had “mmediately block IP when attempting to login with a non-existent username” checked. How do I unblock that IP address? Or does it unblock after a time?

    Hi sdencar!

IP address will be unblocked after a specified period of time you have set in Lockout duration field on the Main Settings tab.

You can easily unblock any IP address on the Activity tab. To do that just click on the Remove link in the last column against particular IP.

Excuse my posting here, I just do not want to start new topic.

I cannot find the Remove link mentioned. Tried with Safari and Chrome.

If you are on the Lockout tab and you have some IP locked out you can see a Remove link in the rightmost column. If there is no link, please make a screenshot and send it to me here: https://wpcerber.com/support/

I am sorry. Off course there is a link.
I was confused by two states: lock-out and blocked.
But it seems the blocked IP is locked-out and can be unlocked i.e. unblocked by the link.
I have unfortunatelly no locked-out IPs just now so I cannot verify if I got it.

In context of this plugin locked out and blocked have the similar meaning: IP is not allowed to log in and do other restricted things.

Hi, Thank you for creating such a good plugin.
I seem to have a problem with a “blocked” subnet, in which there is an IP which must be able to access the site. I actually have this in the whitelist, but the person entered the wrong details and managed to get blocked.
I have looked for the remove link which you mentioned before, but it is not there. Not in the activity list, not when you drill down into the IP.
Can you please tell me how to remove the status of “subnet blocked” and to reinstate access of an IP address?
