    Hi, what you can do is rename the plugin folder via FTP. Log into your website, then rename the plugin folder back to its original name. Then check the following Dashboard -> Locked IP Addresses tab for your IP address.

    The login lockdown feature also has a checkbox called “Allow Unlock Requests”.
    This will allow locked users to unlock themselves.
