    This plugin is only passing through errors from the Google Pagespeed API. So if there is a URL that the API rejects, this plugin will show you that error. Unfortunately I do not have any extra insight into why the API would have rejected that URL. It looks good and it works on the google hosted pagespeed checker. It could resolve itself with time, but it could also require something from Google on the API end to resolve.
