Unbelievably Happy with this! – For real man.

I just build a really, and I mean really super awesome ticketing system + a ton more by combining this with my favorite template and some other tools I have built before.

I replaced our Zendesk system and a Sharepoint implementation in less than 48hrs, and it is all full responsive, skinned in Hi-res, super cool graphics. It is private I can’t share the link, but it is ‘OUT OF THE BOX’ getting ported into mobile apps and looks great. NO WORK NEEDED! That is because Envision and WP SUPPORT PLUS are fully bootstrap responsive. And I am a responsive specialist.

All I can say is for the price, you CANNOT beat getting this plugin and the add-ons(you really have to have them IMO.)

I don’t know that I have ever given a 5 start review. I am, well done.

I do want to know, are you guys planning on adding ticketing reports add-on with a lot of features? We would like some visual reporting with exports by department etc.
