• Hi,

I’ve sent my queries to you last Wed (23/11) by replying to one of your emails after making my purchase. This is because I couldn’t attached my screenshots, which I thought will probably help to make it clearer and easier for you to understand. Granted that’s the wrong channel. So, I sent my queries to you the next day Thu (24/11) using your contact us form. Then, I sent another follow-up email to you yesterday Mon (28/11) to check if you have received my emails.

I have been checking my inbox & junk folders but did not see your response.

Could you kindly advise what should I do next? Should I repost here? Continue to wait?

    Thanks & regards
    John Low

I’m sorry to learn about the issue you’re experiencing.

I’ve checked our ticketing system and since you’ve hotmail the reply might have been blocked by hotmail.

Please check your email again, I am going to reply to your question by using my own gmail account.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

I’ve just sent you my gmail account in your contact us form.

Appreciate very much if you can also try to send to my gmail, since there’s a problem with hotmail.

    Cheers
