‘Unauthorized access’ message when not logged in to WP

    Hi

    We have an ongoing problem with an ‘Unauthorized access’ message showing when users try to send a message using the plugin.

    It doesn’t display if you are logged in the WordPress backend, but otherwise this appears on all browsers.

    We have the ‘Disable nonce’ box checked.

    Any ideas?
