• Some of our visitors are experiencing the “unauthorized access” error a few others have mentioned in these forums. The problem is only happening for a small percentage of our visitors and is difficult to reproduce, but I’ve been getting screenshots of the error, so I know it’s happening. I’m wondering if it might be related to caching, We are using the Litespeed Cache plugin. Are there any caching exclusions that might help?

  • Hi, we are also using LiteSpeed Cache and are experiencing the same issue. Temporarily disabling LiteSpeed cache resolves the problem, though, this is not ideal.

    Hi,

I have the same issue and I am using WP Fastest Cache plugin. after deleting the cache the plugin is working again.

How to exclude this plugin from WP Fastest Cache plugin so this issue doesn’t happen again.

Thanks for any help in advance.

I am so proude of myself. thought this would be difficult to fix but I solved it on my first try.

    I have Litespeed cache.

Sollution: In the cache settings find “Cache Rest-API” and turn it off.
