unauthorised installation of the plugin has caused 8 hours work disappear

  • Unauthorised installation of the plugin has caused my 8 hours of work just vanish without any possibilities to restore. It’s quite possible that the plugin has been installed via another plugin that I already trusted. Spammy actions.

    Hi Asles,

    I’m not sure how SIDEKICK being part of your install would cause 8 hours of work to disappear however if you encountered an error, please let us know at [email protected] and I will take care of it immediatly.

    With regards to pre-installation. SIDEKICK Premium comes as a free add-on with some Go Daddy, Media Temple, Blue Host and Host Gator WordPress installs. It was not installed as part of another plugin and is not spam. There are no ads installed and you will never be prompted to pay for anything.

    As the plugin would have been installed on install of your WordPress site, again, I’m not sure how it caused 8 hours of work to disappear but we take this very seriously and would appreciate a chance to help.

    you are using illegal spammy actions to promote your plugin. I never wanted to install it. I will report about that to google and consumer security agency.
