    Hello,

I have the free version of Cerber, im also running Free versions of:
    -Wordfence
    -Anti-Malware from GOTMLS
    -All In One WP Security.

When running a Site Integrity scan I get the following in the Unattended section, among others.

    File: /tmp/silverstripe-cache-var-sites-l-lovebox.org.uk-public_html/.cache.themes.itheme.templates.Page.ss

But when i try to find this file in FTP FileZilla i cant find it, i thought it was best to remove it.

    when i go here:
    /public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp-cerber-ETMKG0Z9YFV14QRLO/tmp
    the folder is empty

Any help would be fantastic as my site has been attacked with redirects and injection scripts that i have removed.

Hi! Not all files and folders on the server are accessible via FTP. Some of them are accessible for a web server process only so you don’t see them in an FTP client. You can delete a file via the scanner interface, though. If you can’t delete the file via FTP or from within the scanner interface, you cannot do anything about this. This means you host your website on a shared hosting with a common temporary folder which is shared with other websites on the server. Which is bad, because it helps to spread malware quickly.

The folder /public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp-cerber-ETMKG0Z9YFV14QRLO/tmp is for internal use by the plugin. Do not delete it.
