    Hey there,

I created a “Shop” page, assigned it in WooCommerce and wanted to edit it with Elementor as I found out it cannot be edited as long as it is assigned (Elementor thing). No problem I unassigned it because in my case I don’T need the function to display all products on one page. I expected that this page now is ‘cut’ from WooCommerce but it isn’t. Somehow the page slug I used as I assigned the page (/shop/) is still connected even if there’s no shop page assigned. How can I cut the connection there?

  • Hi @bbua97

You can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page (dropdown), and choose which page you want to set as the shop page. I understand that want to cut the connection from the old shop page. If you have a new/different page for the shop then you can set it here.

Additionally, FYI, to install the missing WooCommerce pages, you can go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and use the page installer tool. You may find this document helpful: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/#install-pages-again

If none of that addresses your concern, please clarify the requirement a bit.

In your reply please include a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks
