Unanswered question to a support ticket: Searching by state

It’s been three days and no one has seen my support ticket that I can see. Here is my question:
I have integrated Form 7, Flamingo, and Send in Blue. Form 7 captures four fields including state. The form results end up in the address and message list in Flamingo as well as a contact list in Send in Blue. I am trying to track the total number of original submissions by state. Is there a way to do this so that I can search all the submissions by “all states” that will generate a list of numbers, no other details, of submissions for each state? Would I have to pay for this to be custom code?
