unacceptable issues with the plugin

Hello there,

I wanna use the plugin as a possibility to book guided tours trough an exhibition. So there will be very different dates, touring hours and staff members. I set up all the dates and details.
In the frontend this information is not given out, is given out wrong or just doesn’t show. By every click on the “search for available appointments”-Button the shown information changes! That’s not how it should be…

There is another problem with the email connections. If I want to reschedule an appointment my client doesn’t get any mail! But instead the admin gets two…one for the admin and one which is supposed to reach the client.

Any solutions suggested?
