    Hello Gved,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

To assist you better, could you confirm if you’re setting this up for the first time or if you’re trying to reconnect your WordPress.com account on an existing site?

Additionally, please go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace “yourdomain.com” with your actual website domain), and share a screenshot with me.
This will help identify any connection issues on your site.

Let me know how it goes, and I’ll help guide you from there!

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I can confirm that it worked before. Recently, we changed the domain and it stopped working. Now I can’t connect to the WordPress account.

Tried the above url, but it goes to the 404 page.

    Hello Gved,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand it used to work fine before.
Could you confirm that you typed this exact URL (replacing example.com with your domain) in the browser?

    https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page

It should open a page where all connections are visible.
Could you please check and try again?
If it still returns a 404 error then check if any other pages in the website also result in a 404 error.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi Zubair,

I am following up on this as Gved and myself work together.

I have managed to access the connect-test-admin-page correctly however when I press the ‘Connect to WordPress.com’ button I receive the below response:

Response Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.
