Unable to write new post “Error 404”

Dear Support,
From past one month I’m unable to make any changes in SideBar Widget. After clicking on ‘Save Changes’ error 404 is coming.
To my horror, from today onwards.. I’m unable to save new post also.. same error “Error 404” …
Kindly suggest the way out
