Unable to vote or alter view

    Hi there

    I have been trying to set up your plugin on a temporary site and have had success, but this time, we are unable to restrict the ability to download images IMPORTANT! Also cannot seem to adjust the view from the back end.

    Worse still, the ability to vote is missing!- what have I done wrong please? this is a live competition!

  • I see you use [cg_gallery_no_voting id=”2″] shortcode. With that shortcode you can’t vote.

    Please use [cg_gallery id=”2″] to be able to vote.

    You can not entry view because an option is unselected.
    Just select “Full window blog view” in “Entry view” options so single entry will be opened. See attached image at the bottom:

    I also recommend you to upate at the latest version 21.0.0 where you have better options overview.
