Unable to view uploaded backup files

    I have uploaded the backup files from local storage for restoration but in the existing backup is not showing up. I only can see remote storage backup files.

    Please help.

    If you click on “Rescan local folder” link, does uploaded backups display in the list?

    Not, only google drive backup in the display list

    Hi,

    Please can you make sure you have upload it in the correct location? It should be in the “wp-content/updraft” folder.

    Yes i have uploaded in the correct location but unable to view the folder after click on Rescan local folder for new backup sets

    Hello I could not see my upload files on Google Drive as well.
    How can I check on setting of Updraftplus the email address of Google dive because it maybe in an another Google drive?

    Hi,

    You can view the account name in the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab > Google Drive section.
