    Recently I’m encountering such issue that I can’t view any dashboard/tabs of UpdraftPlus. It shows error related to Javascript or jQuery.

    All of my websites which are using Litespeed server has such issue. I’ve tried to turn off all other plugins and revert to default theme, it doesn’t solve it. I didn’t encounter such issue until recent weeks.

    I’ve tried on my friend’s website, which is NOT a Litespeed server, has no problem at all.

    Hi,

    Have you tried re-install? If you have done that already, could you run the following test with your browser’s developer tools?

    – In your browser, open your Developer Tools (instructions on how to do this for each major browser can be found here)
    – Open the ‘Console’ tab if it is not already open
    – Reload the page

    Do you see any errors appear in the developer console?

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    I’ve tried both free and premium version. They appear same issue

    I’ve tried on a few of my friends’ website, which are not hosted using Litespeed server, they don’t have such issue (work as usual)

    Hi,

    Have you tried using a different browser? Do you still get the same issue?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

    If possible, please could you try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on the site (starting with smaller/less popular plugins)?
    Does the UpdraftPlus dashboard display after deactivating a certain plugin?

    (@bsb85my)

    @dnutbourne

    No. All plugins disabled. Theme reverted to the original one.
    Still the dashboard not displaying anything.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    Please could you try adding the following to your .htaccess file, near the start.
    (take a backup of your .htaccess file before doing so):

    RewriteRule .* - [E=noabort:1]

    Please could you also ask your hosts/server admin to check the server error logs for any errors mentioning UpdraftPlus?

    (@bsb85my)

    Already include the rewrite rule for a long time, but it doesn’t fix

    @aaron – did your hosts find any errors mentioning Updraft?

    Thread Starter Aaron W.

    (@bsb85my)

    @vupdraft No…no error at all
    I’ve contacted 2 of my host companies, they are unable to find any solution.
    One of them asked whether is Updraft only works in Apache server instead of Litespeed

    In the end they ask me to ask Updraft support team.

    So up until now there’s no solution for me.

    However, the plugin still works in the background which I’ve set up long time ago. It is just that I’m unable to view the dashboard settings anymore.

    Apologies if you have already done this but did you manage to check your JS console? To do this;

    Press Command+Option+J (Mac) or Control+Shift+J (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS) to jump straight into the Console panel of Chrome DevTools. Or, navigate to More Tools > Developer Tools from Chrome menu, and click Console tab. The error console will open.

    Does this show any errors?

    @vupdraft Already tried before and posted in the previous reply

    @aaron – apologies, yes I can see you posted these.
    In your screenshot I see : “updraftplus web_server_disk_space is empty”

    Can you check if you have enough disk space?

    Otherwise it may be that UpdraftPlus does not have the correct read or write permissions to the backup folder.
