Unable to view tickets

Tickets cannot be viewed when clicking on the email link. The link takes the customer to a page that has a different header to the rest of my website, with the heading Private: Blog and the error message:
“An error has occurred while attempting to view the ticket
None of the tickets for this order could be found.”The reports do not show any tickets as sold.
Is there anywhere in the plugin that you can see a sample ticket of the event you have created? I can’t see what it is going to look like and now I can’t get the link to work. My customers can’t get the tickets they pay for and the event is in less than 5 weeks!
I have tried saving permalinks and looking through the files at the back end. I cannot see where the ticket is rendered or meant to sit in my website. Looking at the other posts on this topic, I wonder if it may be a compatibility issue? I am running Woocommerce 3.2.6 and OpenTickets 2.8.7.
Any help fixing this issue quickly would be most appreciated.
