Unable to view plugin details

  • I just started seeing this message recently when trying to view plugin details on my site. It happens to maybe 1 out of every 5 I visit. This has never happened before.

    To note, this is on the Add Plugins page when I search for ones I’m interested in adding to my site

  • I searched and found this page for the exact same thing. I’m seeing “Visit plugin site” instead of “View Details” in some plugins.
    I have a “mirror” development. In the “live” site, the plugin “WooCommerce UPS Shipping”, v 3.2.4 by WooCommerce indicates “View Details”. In the “mirror” site the exact same plugin shows “Visit plugin site”.
    Why?
