Unable to view or access site, 7th Aug 2014

  • Hello,

    I run the site Nchantme.com (blog.nchantme.com). I have been maintaining this for the last two years without much incident. It is hosted by Network Solutions.

    For the last few hours I have been unable to access my blog. Instead of the dashboard or even a login page (from other computers) I get a www.remarpro.com installation page.

    This occurs whether accessing the site from my computer, other computers, and even other browsers. Feel free to try to access my blog through the link above or even from the parent site (https://www.nchantme.com).

    I am happy to include further details or screencaps to assist in figuring out this problem. This is unprecedented.

    I appreciate the help. Today and the next few days are a critical time for my business, so any advice is more than welcome.

  • It looks like you’re wp-config file has been modified somehow / some files deleted.

    Made any recent changes to the site ?

    If you haven’t, your server may have been compromised.
