  • Hello @woodstock0137,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for any confusion!

WPForms Lite does not store form submissions in WordPress, though you can certainly set up form notification emails to send form submission details to your preferred email address(es).

We do try to clarify this with the entry page notice in Lite. However, please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve this.

    Thanks!

Hi Prashant, thanks for looking into this. I am sorry if I wasn’t clear, let me reiterate the issue.

I have a website where users/visitors can submit their details on “Contact Us” and “Write for US” page. So, I want to access all these entries with the details. how can I do that?

The link you have mentioned above tells me how can I set up Auto-reply emails.
Thanks in advance for your help , my site is Topbest7.in

    Hello @woodstock0137,

    Thanks for sharing the details!

As you are looking to collect the entires, in the lite version you’ll have to set up an email notification. So when a user submits the form embedded in the “Contact Us” and “Write for US” page, you’ll get an email notification with all the details. Currently, those entries are not stored in the database and WordPress, so the email notification is the only route that you’ll need to setup.

I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if I can provide you with more details?

    Thanks!

    Hi Prashant,

As suggested, I have added my OWN email address in the “Reply To” section via “Notifications” tab. Is this correct?

Also, the above action was done via one of the existing forms. if i want to receive all entries wherever i have a form for my website, do I need to complete the above action (if correct) separately?

    Hello @woodstock0137,

    I apologize for any confusion!

If you would like to receive the notifications, you’ll need to add the email address in Send To Email Address field. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference.

Further, if you have embedded the same form in multiple places on the website, you don’t need to go through the same process again. It’s just a one-time setup.

However, if you have created multiple forms in WPForms, in that case, you’ll need to add the email address if you wish to receive the email on a non-administrator email.

Could you please let me know this answers your question, or if any extra details might be helpful?

    Thanks!

Prashant, will this step allow me to view who has submitted what even when I am not a Pro member? I will do the change post your confirmation.

    Hello @woodstock0137,

To avoid any confusion, you’ll get an email notification when you add your email address in Send To Email Address field. In case you’re referring to the storing entries, I apologize, that feature is currently not available in the free version of WPForms.

    Thanks!

Prashant, I have a “Write for Us” section on my blog which contains text boxes. So, If I add my email address in Send To Email Address field, will this allow me to see who has submitted entries in the “Write for Us” section along with the content that was submitted?

    Hello @woodstock0137,

That’s right! When you add your email address in the Send to email address field of the “Write for us” form, you’ll get all the email notifications along with the content when the user submits the form.

    Thanks!
