Unable to view any product on divi theme

  • Unable to view any products on Divi theme.

    Re-installed the plugin 3 times and still can’t see a single product based on category.

    Able to see the total product count for each category in drop-down list box, however, I cant see a single product.

    copied shortcode on the home page, product page, new empty page however unable to see a single product.

    Not sure is this issue with Divi theme users only or with other theme users too.

  • I have the same problem using DIVI and this plugin.
    Before everything worked perfect, but after the latest update i get the following message: “No products were found matching your selection.” when selecting filter-items.

    Using latest DIVI version
    Using latest DIVI WC-BUilder
    Using latest Woocommerce

    @kristad – on your page I can’t see any products, but the Product Filter works based on your default WooCommerce shop page and can filter products loaded on the page, it won’t load products on custom pages, please add the Product Filter shortcode to your Shop Page’s Sidebar and re-test, if it’s not working on your shop page too, please send us a link to your shop page, so we can check.
