    Dear support team,

    I’ve just validated the emails and create the free usage of sending emails. As well I’ve added the corresponding records to my server and additionally to my cloudflare settings as described in your documentation.

    Text record is verified, but unfortunately I am not able to verify my CNAME records.

    OK, so when verifying CNAME records with Cloudflare as your domain’s DNS provider, you will want to switch from “Proxied” to “DNS only” Proxy status for both of the CNAME records.. but I noticed that you have already done that.

    DNS records are not propagated immediately so that could be the issue too. Can you try to enter the proper DNS records and then verify them after a few minutes?

    If that doesn’t help please refer to this guide and follow the troubleshooting steps.
