Unable to verify address error

To assist in resolving the matter, could you kindly confirm which address validation API is currently configured on your site? Additionally, please provide a sample address where you are experiencing the issue. Sharing the API logs would also be beneficial as it would allow us to verify if any errors were returned, thereby enabling us to determine the root cause of the address verification failure.

The address validation API is Easypost. I’m not sure where I could obtain the API logs you requested, but the address in question is listed below. I validated this address directly on the Easypost portal, and it’s valid. However, in this case, the plugin returns “Unable to verify address : House number is invalid.”

When checked with the same address “1101 Dexter St N Prescott, WI 54021” in the Easypost portal, we are getting an?invalid house number response from the API.

In light of this, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with some clarity regarding how addresses are validated in your system. Specifically, curious to know if there have been any updates to the portal that may have affected the validation process. Please find the attached screenshot below for your reference. Kindly verify the address which is inputted?on your site with the portal and let me know if there is anything extra you added while checking in the portal.
