Unable to use with Artisteer 4.x templates

Dear Plugin Author,

First off – great plugin, thank you very much for your efforts! However unfortunately I am having some problems with using it alongside an Artisteer-generated theme. I’ve had a look through the documentation and support threads about the subject, and of course tried these solutions, but to no avail.

Specific problem is the “Language Switcher” – It will not show the language name or flag in the menu – only the string “Language Switcher” regardless of the settings input in the Menu screen.

I would gladly send you a file with the template if required – the site is running locally at the moment (though please note this issue was the same when I tested it on a live server also).
