Unable to use single-bug-library-bugs.php

Hello.
I copied the file single-bug-library-bugs.php from the bug-library plugin directory to my theme directory but didn’t manage to make it work.
Is there a bug with that, or do I have to do something more than that.
I use the shortcode [bug-library].
