  • Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us with this concern!
Could you confirm that you have entered the correct store URL in your Printful Dashboard > View Store > Settings > Website?

We look forward to hearing from you! ??

    Hello,

I have the same problem and there is actually no store created in Printful to follow the instructions you just gave.

If this is a scripted solution, it needs to be updated because it does not work. How can you enter the correct store URL when you do not even have one to begin with?

    Please explain.

    Thanks!

    Hey @ivorykay,

    Thank you for reaching out!
Each report of an issue is evaluated on a case by case basis, taking into account the information and time when the concern was submitted – our solutions are not scripted, even though they may follow a similar pattern due to how the platform works.
Please take note that no solution was given in this case, as we were expecting a reply from the original poster.

If you have not yet connected your store to your Printful Dashboard, make sure that your permalinks are enabled and that the Store URL is exactly the same in your WordPress general settings (Settings -> General) and the website itself. In many cases it can be missing an “s” in “https” or it can be a subdomain.

Next step would be reaching out to the hosting and trying to resolve it with them. Or checking WC/WP settings or plugins that might cause redirects.
You could try disabling all plugins apart from WooCommerce and Printful, to see if this helps with the initial connection.

Let us know how that goes!
