Unable to use OptimizePress Theme Live Editor After WP4.9 Upgrade

I am unable to use the LiveEditor with the OptimizePress theme after upgrading to version 4.9. I get no errors shown on the web page only the spinning loading image (with a darkened background). Tried from both the link on the page itself and the one within the Admin section.
- Checked the logs on the server and no entries with a 500+ are present.
- Checked within the Developer Tools of Chrome and there are now obvious issue present (everything appears to load fine (with the exception of a warning about a google font)).
- Cleared the cache on the browser, deactivated all plugins.
- Webhost is HostGator
- Browser is Chrome 62.0.3202.94 – Windows 10
