Unable to use menubar plugin

  • I’m new to building website with wordpress and my website is only 4 days old.I’ve installed wordpress at site root and wanted to add a horizontal menu bar.I’ve download and installed the menubar plugin from this site-

    and when I login to my blog I can add different menu bars and customize it.However there are two problems with it-

    1)the menu bar doesn’t show up in my site(says an WP menubar error of database not found) https://www.overcloud9.com/

    2)how do i add links to each menu(I didn’t find any URL option when I was assigning menu names.

    Update:I built my menu bar using the CSS menubar builder.and when I install any pre-made menu bar it says that some display function is missing.what’s wrong exactly?why do I keep getting errors?
