Have an Agency License for 25 sites. I am unable to add license to installed plugin on a website that has the non-premium version of this plugin. Tried via the automated option, logged into the website at domainname.com/wp-admin, and nothing happened. Tried again, was prompted to login to the domainname website again. Have tried going from Premium Support prompt on the website, it opens the Complianz.io pricing page and goes no further even though I am logged into the account. There is no option visible on that page with which to access my account. So I try a different method and delete the plugin from the website, download the premium plugin from my Complianz account, and attempt to install it. Install fails with message “The link you followed has expired.”
I have tried all of this more than once, and with browser cache completely cleared. This was attempted using the the latest version of the Google Chrome browser on an up to date Windows 11 install. Only 1 of the 25 license units has been used so far. At this point I’m stymied and could use some help finding a way to install the license. And apparently the premium version of the plugin. OR how to get my $$ back if that is not possible.

    Hi @tgrblogger,

This is a hosting limitation, which can be adjusted by your host. See for more information:

As we are not allowed to discuss the premium plugin on the free forum, please contact us directly on https://complianz.io/support for further assistance with this.

That’s a problen as we have adjusted the upload & post size and execution as shown, and got the same result. I have tried negotiating your support and contacting them, not an easy task. Will try again contacting support again, but this whole process seems much harder to accomplish than it should be. This is WordPress and a plugin for it after all.

    Hi @tgrblogger,

If you are still experiencing the “Link has expired” error in WordPress when uploading the plugin due to such a restriction on your environment , the easiest approach would likely be to:

Unzip/unpack the plugin locally on your own PC; and then using an FTP client to upload the complianz-gdpr-premium folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory on your site.

If you require further assistance, please contact us via support(at)complianz.io as we can only discuss the Free version on these forums.

    Kind regards, Jarno
