    Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone might be able to help me. I am unable to do anything in wordpress as the following error appears:
    “Warning!

The file /home2/wattleki/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php already exists. Please manually delete it before using this plugin. If you continue to see this message after deleting it please contact your hosting support.”
It appears on every single link I clink on in Dashboard from pages to plugins to woocommerce, so I am unable to do anything about it and I cannot do anything with my website. Is someone able to assist me??

  • I believe it is a plugin config error. have you tried disabling your advanced cache plugin? You can do that by going into your cpanel – file manager and rename the advanced cache plugin folder. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I can’t access anything from the dashboard. Anything I click on just bring up the error and nothing else so I don’t know how I could get to the cache plugin folder.

Okay I just managed to get to file manager through Bluehost. Sorry I’m so new to all of this so still learning! I searched ‘cache’ in files and this was the only reference to ‘advanced cache’:
    /public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
