    Hello,

Love the plugin, super useful and easy to use, however I am having an issue, I cannot use custom CSS. Any code that I place into custom CSS does not affect the template in front of me, and doesn’t affect the contents of the template when I send myself a test.

For example, under viwec-item-row template-3 there is a td with an inline style of width: 30%; and I want to make that 20%. However, nothing I do in Custom CSS can affect it. I have also tried a more simpler CSS rule that I saw you mention in another support thread, I tried
.woocommerce-Price-amount {display:none;} but still the price shows up in the template editor, any previews (mobile/desktop) and test email.

Does custom CSS even work? am I doing something wrong?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

We are sorry for replying lately.

Please check the changes of custom CSS in the real order.
I checked your 2nd CSS and it worked. But the first, please show us where is the td with an inline style of width, it seems this td does not exist in our plugin.

    Best regards.

    @mivtt Hi,

I do not understand what you mean by “in the real order”. You mean I can just add the custom CSS and see the change directly in the edit view? or preview? Here is what I am seeing after saving the custom css: https://imgur.com/fqBdnd2

If I die a desktop preview or mobile preview, the price is still shown. If i send a test mail, the price is still shown.

In regards to this TD with inline style of width, let me show you: https://imgur.com/IdQqAr7

    Hi,

Sorry, I mean it needs to place a real order to see the change of the custom CSS, it can not see in the edit view or preview.

In regards to this TD with inline style of width,

We will update this feature on the backend next time, please just follow our changelog.

    Best regards.

    Hi @mivtt

Sorry, I mean it needs to place a real order to see the change of the custom CSS, it can not see in the edit view or preview.

And If I send a test preview? Does that show it or not?

We will update this feature on the backend next time, please just follow our changelog.

    Ok will be waiting.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

For #1: No, you can not see the change of custom CSS with a test preview, please just make a real order to see the change.

    Best regards.

    I have the same issue.
Email template does not see any CSS.
I checked it on real order, but it doesn’t work for me

    Hi,

What is your CSS and how it works for?

    Best regards.
