What are the permissions/ownership of that directory?

By any chance, would you know if the upload media aesthetics have changed?

How I had “upload media” last week:

It used to be that when I uploaded media, it would automatically give me a div with form fields for Title, Alt Text, Caption, Description, and the File url. But now, none of that is visible.

It gives me the “edit” link, which takes me to all of that information, which is fine for singular uploads… but for multiple uploads, that’s going to be a major pain. Do you know if it’s possible to get those options back? To have them appear on the Add New Media page?
