Unable to upload to media library

I have also tried the default theme and I have the same issue.

And I have tried changing permissions on individual files mentioned in some of the troubleshooting posts. No luck. Still hangs at 33%

I also have this issue. I created a thread for this problem as well here. I can also do ftp but trying to import it in to the library using “add from server” fails. I’m using the theme called responsive but it also failed with twentyeleven. Take care.

yes. i also have this issue. there to manny problem in wp 3.5.1

can you insert link, edit permalink, add image, etc in post menu? coz i can’t.

I’ll join the thread, I have same issue. Uploaded a number of pictures last week with no issues, starting today, i cannot.

i was trying to contact my hosting provider. they said the same sentece like you said. it’s sucks. i’m also disable all plugin and make it back to the default theme. everything still the same.

Update – i even tried to downgrade to an older version of WP and that did not help. Still stuck at 33%

WPyogi – Can you offer any advice on how to resolve this problem?

Try checking your site’s error logs for a specific error message. Your host should be able to assist you with this.

I would if I could, but dream host does not provide support for wp, I can see though if they have any wiki articles and stuff to point me in the right direction, but I see by looking at the forum that I am not the only one having this issue, and since all of us are on different providers it must be a wp issue that should hopefully be fixed in the next update.

Looking at my logs folder the last modified time was thursday. No errors since then.

Hopefully someone can on one of the threads I’m watchign come up with a solution. It’s too bad I can’t just ftp it to the right place and just have it show up in the media library with out doing import or upload. *frown* OH well.
