Unable to upload pictures

    Hey! The plugin was working very well but now picture uploading has an issue. From what we can tell, it is not an issue with backend settings or a conflicting plugin.

    Have you seen out doc on how to troubleshoot image uploads issues?

    I don’t even have a link for my members to upload an image and I can’t find where to fix that in the documentation. I can’t find anywhere in the settings to generate a shortcode for it either. Shouldn’t there be a link or upload button somewhere in their account to upload their picture or avatar? In the settings, I was able to set up my preferences for uploading an image but I don’t know where to go from here.

    Hi @knowvimgmt,

    In order to change profile photo or cover image you have to click on them while editing your profile. Please go to your profile and press gear icon and Edit profile then press on the profile image and tell me what do you see, is it possible to upload an image?
