Hello @dragongate and thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you navigate to your Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic page and find one of these 403 blocks. If you could screenshot the hit or copy/past the information here. Make sure to hide or block any personal information such as IP.

    Thanks again!

Actually there is no 403 blocks in Live Traffic page , only 302 and 200 responses !

That is strange that it’s not logging in the Live Traffic section.

Is this a forum that users are uploading pictures or a form plugin?

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks again!

    Hello WFAdam,

Thank you again for your interest to reply,

Actually the website I’m developing is not a forum website and the form for uploading pictures is a custom form of the theme itself, however there are few custom mandatory plugins associated with the theme which must be used in order to complete the functionality of the theme and site.

I have done further investigation on the cause of this issue and found that it is caused by one of the WF WAF rules named under: “file_upload Malicious File Upload (PHP)” this is the rule that is causing the upload of pictures from website FrontEnd to return “Error #-200: HTTP Error.

After I disabled it the issue is resolved and now all users can upload pictures from website FrontEnd with no issue.

I’m not sure why this WAF rule is causing this upload error even though the uploaded files are .jpg pictures not php files !! and why WF is not not logging this activity on the Live Traffic section, however the issue is now resolved with having the above said rule disabled.

    Thank you,
