Unable to upload photos in twenty fourteen

    I’ve been unable to upload photos to my blog https://www.notdunroamin.com for about 10 days now. Tried every which way. Contacting Bluehost who told me the problem was with 2014, changed the theme to 2016 and hung up!
    Photo upload successful in 2016, but I would like to still use 2014, so I changed it back. Still a problem uploading photos.
    Error 500.
    Please be kind, I’m not techy!!!
    Any suggestions please?
    PS: windows 8.1, Chrome. No new plugins just before this problem started. Have been using 2014 successfully for a couple of years now.

    ok, more online chat help with Bluehost, looks like a conflict with plug-ins. So I’ve uninstalled all plug-ins, and am slowly working through re-installing, and testing photo upload as each one goes in. Looks like I found one that is blocking photos!
    Any other helpful suggestions gratefully received, but I think I’m ok now!
