• I made sure that my spreadsheet has the exact names of the custom fields it is to populate. Once I hit upload I was spammed with a bunch of these errors:

Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /home/inplantfunnel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/order-tracking/Functions/Update_Admin_Databases.php on line 357

Here is the sheet I am uploading: https://www.filedropper.com/testsheet
I have all custom fields populated with the EXACT column names.

The sheet is an example. The real sheet has exact column names but a lot more real information in the rows.

I just noticed that I was spammed with 42 exact errors. Which is the exact amount of rows that I had in the actual spreadsheet.

All of my custom fields were set to text areas. So I set the fields that are populated by an integer to integer and I still get spammed 42 times.

    Hi salromano,

As a test, try adding a manual order and then export to excel. In your exported file, remove “Order Status Updated (Read-Only)” field from the excel sheet and also any file upload fields. Then try importing this same file back into the plugin, does that one work?

Here’s a basic sample order spreadsheet. Make sure you have a status called “Processed” and “Shipped”. Does our sample spreadsheet import correctly?

Now I am getting this error.

All I did was create an order, populated all of my custom fields.
Export that order and remove the Order Status Updated (Read-Only) column.

    Here is my spreadsheet:

    Hi sal,

That error means exactly what it says, that you have a blank column or row. Often, if you delete data from a specific cell in a column or row, it doesn’t delete the whole column or row from the spreadsheet. Make sure you highlight all empty columns and rows and fully delete them.

Did you try the spreadsheet we provided?
