Unable to Upload Media

  • Media appears to upload, but once complete the thumbnail is just a blank box. Linking to media sends to a different page, not the media.

  • Hi @jarrettbpetters,

    Have you tried testing for a conflict? If you haven’t, you might start there. You’d want to deactivate all of your plugins then see if it works correctly. If it does, reactivate your plugins one at a time, checking each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict. And you can test for a theme conflict by temporarily activating one of the WordPress default themes like Twenty-Twenty.

    Also, make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress.
